We had a group of 6 at the last minute for dinner. I phoned and we had a fabulous, clean limo and friendly driver to our home in 45 minutes!! What service! The driver was wonderful and he even returned to the restaurant and was waiting for us for the return trip before we even contacted him! We would highly recommend Max's and would phone them in the future! Text messages and emails keeping you updated......very nice!

It's hard to put into words how amazing this company is! I was in town for a Cubbie's game and running late. Max's Luxury Ride's went above and beyond to pick us up on time and get us to Wrigley Field. We enjoyed their service so much, we used them ALL weekend. Forget Uber and Lyft, ride in style and get the BEST service in the industry. I wish more business owners took pride in their work like the Santilli's do. I highly recommend using their service. They also take Covid-19 precautions very seriously making my family and I feel safe. I can't wait to visit Chicago again and use Max's Luxury Rides!!!

I organized 12+ rides over 4 days with Max's Luxury Rides. All my colleagues were super impressed with the service provided, in particular, punctuality, cleanliness, communication and flexibility. I lost track of the amount of times I had to change plans, and they were so patient and adaptable - I was left in no doubt that our travel plans were in good hands. Great job!
